MSc, PhD Student, CREATIS
Ramata Seydou COULIBALY, a study engineer specialized in medical physics and originated from Mali, obtained a bachelor's degree in physics from the University of Rennes 1 in France, followed by a master's degree in medical radio-physics from the University Paris-Saclay.
Through three significant internships, she has gained diverse expertise, particularly in radiotherapy, radioprotection, and medical imaging. During her final internship at the Institute of Cancerology (ICO) in Angers, she developed an automatic evaluation of image scoring on tomosynthesis using a visual numeric metric.
Ramata has joined the CREATIS laboratory, in the cross-disciplinary SPCCT team, working on the ERC project "KOLOR SPCCT Imaging," as a study engineer. She contributes to research on innovative imaging techniques, specifically in K-edge image quality and reconstruction. Her dedication to improving medical imaging makes her a valuable asset to the team.
Outside of her professional activities, Ramata pursues various passions such as drawing, reading, and ancient history.
